Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zod AI mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Zod AI ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Using Our Service

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Service. Don't misuse our Service. For example, don't interfere with our Service or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Service only as permitted by law.

2. Your Zod AI Account

You may need a Zod AI Account to use some of our Services. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, so use a strong password and limit its use to this account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above.

3. Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

4. Subscriptions & Image Generations

Some parts of the Service, including AI image generation, require the use of image generations which are included in subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"), typically monthly.

Image Generations (Premium and Regular) are used to access specific AI features. The number and type of image generations included vary by subscription plan. Unused image generations may or may not roll over to the next billing cycle, depending on the specific plan details. Please refer to our Pricing Page for details on image generation usage and expiration.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Zod AI cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting Zod AI customer support.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide Zod AI with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Zod AI to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation must be initiated at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for the subsequent billing cycle. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the subscription features (including any remaining image generations for that cycle) until the end of your billing period. Refer to our Cancellation Policy for more details.

Refunds: We offer refunds for monthly subscriptions only if requested within 48 hours of the initial purchase or within 48 hours of an automatic renewal charge. If you qualify, a full refund for that specific billing period will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. To request a refund, please contact our support team at anantkrplay@gmail.com with your account details and the reason for the request. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this 48-hour window for the current billing cycle, or for partial months of service. Unused image generations are non-refundable. Refund will be processed and credited.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Changes To Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
