How to Cancel

You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings within the Zod AI application or website. Alternatively, you may cancel by contacting our customer support team.

Effective Date of Cancellation

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. This means you will continue to have access to the subscription features (including any remaining image generations associated with that cycle) you paid for until the end of that billing period.

For example, if your monthly billing cycle renews on the 15th of each month and you cancel on the 20th, you will retain access until the 14th of the following month. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

No Partial Refunds

Unless specified otherwise in our Refund Policy (typically within a 48-hour window after initial purchase or renewal), we do not offer refunds for partial months of service upon cancellation. You are responsible for the full subscription fee in the billing cycle for which you cancel, unless cancelled within the specified refund window.

Automatic Renewal & Cancellation Deadline

Please remember that subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be initiated at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal date. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel in time if you do not wish to continue the service.

Changes to Policy

Zod AI reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website or within the application. Please review our policies periodically.
